Sylvia wears dual hats, keeping things running smoothly inside the office while taking great care of clients across multiple advisory firms. She brings nearly 30 years of diverse management, leadership, and organization experience to the table, including over six years with her current team.

Her Background:

  • Education & Events: Guided families as a school principal, designed high school curriculums, and coordinated logistics at a luxury wedding venue.

  • Church Operations: Spent nearly a decade providing executive-level support and managing operations for senior pastors and church ministries.

  • Client Care: Uses her broad background to juggle internal office workflows and support multiple advisory teams with ease.

Twenty-five years ago, Sylvia and her husband moved back to Florida from the northeast to enjoy the warm weather and coastal life. About 6 years ago they decided to become official Sunbirds and set their sights on living part year in Ohio. When she is off the clock, she loves traveling to visit her 12 grandchildren, fishing and reading on the beach at sunset when in FL or watching the frogs and fish in her koi pond in OH!
