Shannon was born and raised in West Virginia, accent included, and brings over 25 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on operations and client service. She excels at keeping financial processes organized, seamless, and stress-free for both advisors and clients.

Outside of work, Shannon embraces life with enthusiasm. She is passionate about animal rescue, especially cats, and serves as Treasurer on the board of the Greenbrier Pool, her favorite place to spend summer days. She enjoys volunteering, cheering on her nephews at their sporting events, traveling for volleyball tournaments, attending concerts and comedy shows, shopping, and finding any opportunity for adventure. Family, fun, and community are central to her life, and she brings that same energy and care to her professional work.
