She has a passion for creating efficient, well-organized processes that help ensure a smooth and positive experience for both advisors and clients. Shannon is known for her attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to making complex tasks simple and manageable.

Shannon takes pride in supporting the team behind the scenes and plays a vital role in keeping operations running seamlessly. She approaches each day with professionalism, energy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Outside of work, Shannon embraces life with enthusiasm. She is passionate about animal rescue, especially cats, and serves as Treasurer on the board of the Greenbrier Pool, her favorite place to spend summer days. She enjoys volunteering, cheering on her nephews at their sporting events, traveling for volleyball tournaments, attending concerts and comedy shows, shopping, and finding any opportunity for adventure. Family, fun, and community are central to her life, and she brings that same energy and care to her professional work.
