Client Service Specialist

Sarah Dodson is a Client Service Specialist with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management and Marketing. She brings more than a decade of experience across administrative and client-facing roles, including event planning for everything from small private gatherings to programs of more than 500 guests. As a primary point of contact for the firm's clients, she guides them through onboarding and account setup and handles the questions that come up along the way.

Organization is Sarah's specialty. Whether it's a room of 500 guests or a single client's account, the discipline is the same — nothing overlooked, nothing left to the last minute. She applies that same attentiveness to people as she does to process, taking the time to know her clients and the details that matter to them, and remembering. Behind the scenes, she builds and maintains the systems, records, and schedules that keep every relationship running accurately. 

Sarah works closely with federal employees and military families, and as a military spouse she has firsthand understanding of the demands of service life, from frequent relocations to planning around a career that rarely follows a straight line.

Amidst the tranquility of the beach, you will find Sarah indulging in her love for literature. In other free time, Sarah contributes to various volunteer initiatives.
