Client Service Specialist

Katie graduated with an associate’s degree in human resources, but her life took her in a different direction. She was a stay-at-home mother for several years and when she entered back into the workforce, she was approached by a financial advisor to work at his firm. She started out as a receptionist and from there, worked her way up to an office manager, staying at that firm for seven years. When she left that firm, she then jumped right back into the financial industry and worked for a third-party administration firm (TPA). She has gained a wealth of knowledge and skills and absolutely loves the financial industry. She is extremely organized, detail and task-oriented, efficient and an excellent communicator. 

Katie grew up in northwest Indiana, where she currently resides. She is married and has two boys and a dog that keep her busy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, baking, completing diamond art projects, reading, and traveling. One of her traveling trips took her and her family to Norway!
