With over a decade of experience in customer service and hospitality, Kaeli knows how to juggle priorities, solve problems on the fly, and keep things running smoothly—all skills that translate seamlessly to her role at Virtual Outsource Solutions. She earned her BA in Health Sciences from Rutgers University in 2017 and is now channeling her love of helping others into a new and rewarding career in financial services support.

Originally from South Jersey, she is a proud Philadelphia sports fan. Now living in Florida’s beautiful Space Coast, Kaeli enjoys the flexibility of working from home, where she can spend precious time with her one-year-old daughter while also continuing to grow professionally.

When she’s not assisting advisors or mastering new systems, you’ll likely find her outside—grilling, enjoying the beach, or hiking somewhere she’s never been. She’s also a passionate traveler. She’s been to Mexico, Canada, Jamaica, and hopes to mark Bali off her bucket list soon.

She’s excited to bring her multitasking superpowers, calm under pressure, and warm client-first mindset to the VOS team.
