Client Service Specialist

We’re thrilled to have Joseph Fletcher on our team!

Joey graduated from Berry College with a degree in Economics and is currently pursuing his CFP® at the Boston Institute of Finance/Bryant University. He’s diving headfirst into the world of client support and paraplanning, bringing a sharp eye to process optimization and building workflows. His strengths include client onboarding and account set-up, monitoring and prioritizing incoming requests from clients, and CRM maintenance and record management.

Joey is passionate about expanding financial literacy within underserved communities. While he’s new to the advisory side of the profession, he brings a rich background in marketing, events, and nonprofit service, including meaningful work supporting survivors and community outreach initiatives.

Outside of work, Joey loves spending time with his girlfriend, Victoria, and pretty much any chance to be outdoors. He’s an Eagle Scout and active Scouting America volunteer, and he also enjoys music, photography, theatre, and travel. As an added creative twist…he’s even an award-winning filmmaker.

Fun fact: Joseph spent a semester studying abroad at Queen Mary University of London.
