Joe, a native of Scotland, UK but now living in South Florida, brings more than 20 years of experience in operations, client management, and organizational leadership to his role as a Client Service Specialist at Virtual Outsource Solutions.
Before joining VOS, Joe spent much of his career with The Coca-Cola Company, where he supported national and international accounts including Wendys, Subway, and Coca-Cola Freestyle® beverages. His background leading large teams and managing complex projects across global markets taught him the value of precision, consistency, and communication — qualities that now help him deliver exceptional support to financial advisors and their clients.
At VOS, Joe uses his passion for process improvement and relationship building to help advisors streamline their operations, strengthen client relationships, and focus on what truly matters: growing their business. He thrives on finding practical, efficient ways to make daily tasks easier, always with an eye toward service excellence and trust. Known for his calm, collaborative approach, Joe believes the best results come from honest communication, shared goals, and a little creativity.
He embodies VOS’s values of integrity, upfront communication, and reliable support in every interaction. Outside of work, Joe enjoys traveling with his wife Erica and being outdoors, spending time with their family of five in Port St. Lucie, Florida. He’s also an avid home cook — always experimenting in the kitchen, sometimes successfully, sometimes adventurously.
