Candice brings a diverse background in operations, management, and client service to her role as a Client Service Specialist at Virtual Outsource Solutions. With 13 years of experience in property management, she developed a strong foundation in administrative operations, financial processes, marketing, and relationship management. Her ability to coordinate multiple responsibilities, solve problems, and maintain exceptional attention to detail translates naturally into supporting financial advisors and delivering a seamless client experience.

Over the past six years, Candice has continued to build on these skills while raising and homeschooling her two daughters. Her entrepreneurial spirit also led her to launch a direct-to-consumer skincare business and establish a nonprofit supporting individuals and families affected by Hurricane Helene. These experiences further strengthened her organizational abilities, adaptability, initiative, and commitment to serving others.

At VOS, Candice brings a proactive, resourceful approach to helping advisors stay organized, streamline their daily operations, and provide thoughtful, responsive service to their clients.

Outside of work, Candice enjoys spending time with her family, cooking from scratch, discovering treasures at thrift stores, and soaking up the sunshine.
