Before entering the financial services industry, Ashley owned and operated a small business, an experience that gave her firsthand insight into managing competing priorities, solving problems quickly, and keeping a business moving when there are countless details demanding attention. Her years as a military spouse have only strengthened that adaptability. She brings a strong combination of financial knowledge, operational experience, organization, and leadership to her role at VOS.

Ashley is especially passionate about finding ways to make firms and teams more efficient. Whether she is developing a better process, identifying gaps in a workflow, organizing complex projects, or helping her team navigate a challenge, she enjoys turning moving pieces into systems that work. She takes pride in supporting both the advisors VOS serves and the Client Services team she leads.

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Ashley has lived around the world with her husband and their four children throughout his Navy career, including time in Italy, Spain, Georgia, and now Washington state.

Outside of VOS, one of Ashley's biggest passions is coaching competitive cheerleading. She loves helping athletes develop their skills, confidence, discipline, and ability to work as a team, and she brings much of that same coaching mentality into her leadership style professionally. When she isn't working or coaching, you'll likely find her spending time with her family, working on an art project, or cozied up with a good book and a glass of wine.
