Client Service Specialist

Alison Velilla is excited to join the team as a Client Service Specialist, supporting financial advisors and helping ensure clients have a smooth, positive experience. She comes from a background in community-based, non-profit administrative and management work, where she developed a strong appreciation for organization, clear communication, and supporting others behind the scenes.

While she is new to the financial services industry, she brings creativity, professionalism, and strong attention to detail to everything she does and is always eager to learn. She enjoys being part of a collaborative environment and takes pride in helping things run efficiently.

Outside of work, she loves dancing, reading, coffee, Notre Dame football, and spending time with her family. She lives with her husband, their three children, a dog, and a cat who all work together to keep life busy and fun. She is looking forward to getting to know everyone and being a helpful part of the team.
